Snoqualmie Gourmet desserts are a sweet end to a well-lived day. We’ve made sure that only the freshest and sustainably grown ingredients make it into our custom Darigold farm cream flavors. We don’t believe in secret ingredients, fluffers, fillers, or waste. Here at Snoqualmie, we make it gourmet because we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We have produced over 700 ice cream super- premium flavors, plus dozens of gelato and frozen custard flavors. Our handcrafted approach allows us to create unique custom blends, such as staff favorites Rose Petal and Tennessee Whiskey. We are always developing new flavors, not only is it our passion but its also part of our commitment to our customers to produce only the most exceptional desserts. About the Owners

Barry and Shahnaz Bettinger had long dreamed of running a business together; and for more than a decade now, they’ve been living their dream. After years of living on the East Coast, the two made a big move to Seattle. It wasn’t long before they set their sights on a small-batch ice cream company called Snoqualmie Gourmet.

At the time, Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream was a local darling, but a relative unknown outside of the Puget Sound area. With a lifetime of dairy knowledge and the drive to realize their vision, Barry and Shahnaz have made Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream a top choice in premium and sustainable products.

Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream is produced in a completely green facility—the first of its kind in the Snohomish County area. Barry and Shahnaz, create bold and exciting new flavors, using locally grown ingredients, sometimes grown right on their own land. The Bettingers continue to expand their brand of premium gourmet desserts, by doing what they do best: churning out the highest-quality ice cream, custard, and gelato on earth.
